How did you get started in your field or work?
During my previous tenure, building and managing a real estate hedge fund from inception to $5B; I came to a profound realization there was a huge lack of full transparency. This industry suffered from a glaring absence of a singular technology solution capable of managing all aspects of assets, trades, services, personnel, vendors and finances. The lack of transparency in this industry creates a lot of opportunity for bleeding in expenses, leaving money on the table and for others to have their hands in your cookie jar (which really goes against my humanistic beliefs and philosophy). This realization spurred my passion to help others do what they do better, faster and smarter while maximizing their ROI and cutting out the bull. My highest purpose is to change this industry for the better by providing an innovative tech solution and educating others all the while by doing the right thing. Thus, SAMI was borne.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
One standout aspect that sets our company apart is our unwavering commitment to doing the right thing in our service to everyone.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
The primary opportunity has been shifting the industry mindset towards embracing innovative technology and a more human-centric approach to management. Surprisingly, many in the industry remain entrenched in outdated manual processes, sticking to traditional methods that have been in place for decades.
