Short company description:
We are a locally owned and operated pest and wildlife control company in Northeast Florida. We started this business in late 2021 with the goal of building a high performing company and providing a place of employment for people to find opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
How did you get started in your field or work?
I was looking for a new line of work and thought wildlife control would be an interesting job. Our dream and goals just grew from there.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
We are a 24/7 365 days per year company. Wildlife don’t follow a clock or schedule so we have to be available to answer those calls when our community needs us.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
By far the biggest obstacle has been staffing. We are trying to build an incredible team and finding the people who are the best fit for that team has proven to be a big challenge.
