How did you get started in your field or work?
About 20 years ago I was asked by a teacher to do school assembly in Saint Paul, Minnesota I was so nervous and didn’t really know what I wanted to say. Once I put on my regalia everything just came naturally! Now I perform worldwide.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
There is no one else out there that does what I do to the scale! I’m a cultural ambassador- educating, motivating and inspiring people about our culture. It doesn’t matter what background you have- we are all connected to Mother Earth and when you feel the beat of the drum – you feel connected! What you do changes people!
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
Like many fast growing small businesses you have to be willing to adjust and change with growth. Setting a strong foundation and constantly evaluating goals and growth models. One challenge has been building a strong team around you to help with the enormous growth over the past few years and getting clients to trust the team of performers when it is not always going to be you doing the performance. You can’t grow with a strong team. There is only so much one person can do alone.
