“Legacy of Leaders” with Warren Buck of Future Finders LLC

On “Legacy of Leaders,” Jamar Suber welcomes outstanding leaders to this uplifting and interesting show, filled with practical advice, personal experiences and tips for business leaders and aspiring leaders. This week, Jamar sits down with Warren Buck of Future Finders LLC.

Short company description:

Our mission at Future Finders LLC is to empower families and teens to make well-informed decisions about their future. We offer personalized consulting services designed to equip families with the knowledge and resources needed to plan for a successful transition after high school. Through our collaborative approach, we aim to prevent ‘failure to launch’ and support families in paving a path towards a fulfilling and rewarding future.

How did you get started in your field or work?

When I first started in education I went in thinking that if I could help even one young person live a better life, then I would be a happy man. What I quickly discovered was that I was able to impact dozens, if not hundreds, of students and their families each year. This lit a fire that has continued to drive me. This drive is what has led to the founding of Future Finders.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

Our biggest selling point is that we are outcome agnostic, but results driven. We work with a highly personalized process tailored to meet the needs of each family we serve. We are not driving towards an outcome we want to sell, we are striving to get the kinds of results that save families thousands of dollars, years of the future, and tons of stress.

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?

Clearly articulating exactly what we do is an ongoing battle. It is a great thing that we are so personalized in our approach, but it can be hard to articulate our range in a short pitch.
