What type of cases do you generally handle? What percentage of your practice is devoted to (the practice area in question)?: Personal Injury and Association (Condo and HOA). Hard to split it as I am the sole PI atty/building the practice within the firm which is already well established in their field
What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: There is no winning in PI as it takes an injury to even initiate a case. My approach is always client/customer focused. Clear and candid. Find out what happened, find out what is wrong, and find out what it takes to get my client as close to pre-accident health as possible.
