How do you define success?: Reconnection to the purpose of a career in Medicine with achievement of an excellent patient experience, delivering highest quality care with safety and efficiency, and helping physicians, nurses, leaders, and support staff achieve thriving and resiliency in their daily work
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?: Multiple challenges due to COVID have required multiple pivots
What do you feel the Jaguars need to do to market their product?: Create a competitive team with individuals the community can respect and engage more with the community.
Who inspires you and why?: As a Medical Oncologist, I have been inspired by the courage, strength, persistence, and love of life that my patients have demonstrated time again.
What the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your business?: Overcoming the obstacles presented by COVID 19 including healthcare systems being consumed by managing COVID 19, social distancing preventing interactions, and financial uncertainty of healthcare organizations, all leading to a decrease in demand for work, financial challenges, and staff challenges.
