What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: Get out in front of the case early by investigating early, take depositions early and prepare like every case is going to trial.
What is one misconception that you feel people may have about your firm?: Our slogan is “Christian Trial Lawyers.” Some people perceive that as meaning we are less likely to fight or that we wouldn’t represent people of different faiths. What we really mean by it is that we want people to understand that our Christian values such as integrity are important to us. We aren’t going to mislead people to get the case or try to cheat the system to win. Every action a lawyer takes reflects upon his client so we aren’t going to take actions that make you look bad.
