What type of cases do you generally handle?
I am a transactional attorney. I work with entrepreneurs to help them launch and legally protect small businesses.
Who is your typical client?
A career professional who is starting their own company within an industry they are already in or an experienced small business owners. While I work with numerous types of small businesses, the majority of my clients own service-based businesses.
What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?
Any goal can be reached with strategic, logical, proactive planning.
