What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Helping brands authentically engage with digital consumers in a way that will resonate with them through gaming, esports and streaming.
What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Brands are going virtual, ingraining themselves into gaming, the new social for GenZ & Millennials, through the metaverse and other means.
How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?:
Damage is uniquely positioned with a deep understanding of streaming platforms like Twitch, so it is strengthening brand reliance on our capabilities.
What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?
Not currently having one or more retainer clients makes it difficult to consistently predict business cycles and hiring.
