InSight OT’s mission is to extend the provision of quality low vision rehabilitation occupational therapy to individuals with vision loss in Northeast Florida with compassion and knowledgeable expertise. InSight OT mobile therapy was designed to reach clients who cannot easily make it to the clinic for therapy due to transportation hardship and desire to have therapy in their natural environment. Therapy may include optical device training, assistive technology training, environmental modifications to improve safety and visibility, home lighting recommendations, smartphone and tablet accessibility education, computer accessibility education and so forth. It is simply amazing what people can do with the proper tools, strategies and desire! The owner of InSight believes she has the best job in the world, in helping clients return to meaningful activities that they did not think they could accomplish!
