What is the biggest change to the way people market their business that you feel is coming over the next two years?: Businesses should consider offering free content

What is your specific field of law: Civil Litigation (primarily Federal and Administrative)
Nationwide:
SGLI, VGLI, TSGLI & FEGLI disputes
Interpleader
Life insurance delays and denials.

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?: Time. Unlike other areas of law, civil litigation takes years to develop and litigate. After two years, I have a variety of cases in all stages of litigation.

How has marketing changed for your business in the past 12 months: Trying to use different mediums.

What do you feel the Jaguars need to do to market their product?: A franchise QB wouldn’t hurt. Alternatively, the Jags have a tremendous product, unique stadium and Jacksonville is a wonderful city. Bringing new restaurants, hotels, and nightlife to downtown would attract larger events (possibly another Super Bowl). All of the above would help put/keep the Jags on the map.

What is your drink of Choice?: Coffee

How do you define success?: Success takes many forms. Personal growth, living your dreams, challenging yourself, continuous learning, etc.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Burn the boats.

What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishments as as attorney?: I have clients, firms, and attorneys that continue to refer cases.
