What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Marketing automation and sales enablement are making it easier to replace in-person events and get more thoughtful with outreach to qualified prospects – but easier tools are also making it easier to do it wrong: to spam instead of engage. Marketers need to focus on adding value and choice.
