Everyone is unique – we are NOT a one size fits all but rather diverse being with many experiences along with our imbedded programs that make us who we are. To not recognize this is an injustice to our clients and results in the continual searching for answers to their issues.
What differentiates you from the competition?
In the field of Personal Development, 95% of the industry is based on moving individuals out of Victim mode (To-Me) but they stop at the next level (By-ME). Causing individuals to burn out trying to make something happen.
What inspires you to keep growing and learning as a leader?
An innate passion to continue to learn, to evolve, to share my findings with others

Who do you admire in the industry and why?
Because it’s dynamic not static, we are more powerful than we have been conditioned to believe and being aware is the beginning of growing into one’s true potential. – I like to use the analogy of a flower – What happens when a plant is not given what it needs, it shrivels up and dies – but what happens when you give it sunlight, nutrients and water – it blossoms into the most incredible beauty. So to for human beings as well. They need to feel that they are valued, that they belong, if not, they cease to thrive., they cease to care. I’m in the industry because of my own experiences that has helped me evolve to a better version of me.
