How do you define success?

Juanita: Success is reaching YOUR level of highest potential and beyond despite the obstacles that come your way. Never giving up on your dreams regardless of the challenges.

Richard: Personally, impacting leaders to grow from effective to inspirational, prepared to meet heroic opportunities.

John: How they grow and change through God’s plan

If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?

Juanita: OVERACHIEVER. Average isn’t good enough because I was created for greatness!

What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?

Juanita: I’ll continue to operate the mobile bakery as well as the Mobile bakery vending machines, and my goal is to add online courses and tutorials for “how to’s “ of the business to help other up and coming business owners that share a similar interest.

Richard: To impact 25 emerging leaders to be able to fulfill heroic opportunities when they emerge.

John: Grow nationally
