What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

SBS is a technology enabled communications agency. We leverage strategic and creative communication to accelerate business results for small to medium sized B2B organizations.

What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

Companies need to understand that the entire game is understanding: 1) How does our target audience acquire information? 2) How do they actually build case for change to buy products or services 3) How can we enable them to be the most well-informed decision maker possible? Most companies are not paying attention to how people actually buy products and services and it’s going to be exposed big time.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Think about marketing as the enabler for your ideal audience. Be their most valuable resource as early in their journey as possible. That is who wins.

What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?

The marketing world wastes too much time on amplification instead of effective human-to-human communication – especially in B2B.
