What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

As we come out of Covid, I feel that Social Media Marketing will integrate with real Social (In-Person) Events. Consumers want to be out in the real world again.

What is the advantage to working with an outside media buyer as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?

Financially, you reduce your expenses. Working with an outside media buyer allows you to see results faster in my opinion, as the third party buyer has more experience and data from other clients to utilize/learn from when optimizing your campaigns.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?

Know your numbers! Know what you can afford to pay per click, per conversion and how much you should spend to ultimately obtain those goals.

How does a media buyer stay on top of trends with media placement?

Personally, I subscribe to podcasts that discuss relevant industry trends such as: Social Pros, The Art of Online Business, Digital Marketer
