How do you define success?: Success is often defined by results and there is truth in that. Sometimes results may not tell the whole story, so I like to tell our local Walk4Water coordinators that success in hosting a Walk4Water is not defined by the number of people who show up or the amount of money raised. Success is defined by how much effort was put in to give people the opportunity to participate and to donate. When you have passion and effort then I feel like success will happen.
