What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?
As a board certified civil trial specialists, I start every case working backwards from what we will need to establish at trial. Even though the vast majority of cases settle short of trial, preparing every case as though it will go to trial puts our clients in a position of strength if there are settlement discussions to be had.
