BUZZ TV – Sam Farmer, Camille Keaton, “Cry for the Bad Man”

Bad Man Productions is a film production company based in Jacksonville, FL. Headed by Sam Farmer, Corina Farm and Kathryn McAvoy, the company first started filming music videos and short films including “Friday the 13th: Extraction” which was a fan film based on the popular horror franchise. It has been well-received by the horror community and even translated to Russian audiences. The company then began its foray into feature films.

The first feature film completed by this team titled “Girl of My Dreams” played before a sold-out crowd at Sun-Ray Cinema in Jacksonville, FL. The film was made possible by a successful fundraiser which generated over $4k on Indie-gogo and several members of the local community.

The next feature film, Cry For the Bad Man, began filming in November of 2017 here on the First Coast. Also attached to the project are local Producer Jonathan Shepard (Velvet Road) and Director of Photography Patrick Barry (Veer). A stylish soundtrack accompanies the film thanks to Franko Carino of Limp Bizkit. Viewers can expect a cross of ideas and moods from films such as Sam Peckinpah’s ‘Straw Dogs’ and Fred Zinnemann’s ‘High Noon’.

This will be Camille Keaton’s most ambitious role to date as well as the largest film Bad Man Productions has produced.
