What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?

Generating qualified leads and or online sales via digital marketing channels more cost-effectively than a majority of our competitors or in-house teams.


What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?

I believe the biggest changes will be around automation of various activities and content channels due to adoption of sophisticated but affordable AI, NLP & machine learning.


How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?

We’re continuously testing new platforms and channels, but most of our clients do not see the benefit from CTV (based on budget or audience) or have another partner managing that channel.


What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?

The Great Resignation mindset and solid growth in our industry has made recruiting as difficult as ever, based on my 25 years in digital marketing. We’ve had to up our game tremendously to be competitive with benefits, DEI and flexible work schedules (we’ve always paid competitively).
