What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Cookieless interactions with customers are going decimate analytics and attribution
Are their any trade organizations or groups that you belong to?
I’m highly involved in the content marketing world community, the F-Bomb Breakfast Club (an organization for women who build badass businesses and curse like truckers), active in the Spin Sucks community, and an on again-off again volunteer with the American Marketing Association.
What is the advantage to working with an outside media buyer as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?
Media buyers are experts in, well, media buying. Marketing directors need to have a wide breadth of skills and having the depth of expertise needed to wisely and strategically manage media purchasing is not the best use of their time.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?
Work with experts, have a strong content strategy to build compelling content that will create a consistent experience from off page to on page.
