What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

In franchising marketing, removing barriers to find new clients and keep existing ones has been and will be a top marketing priority. Over the next two years, as privacy laws continue to evolve making ‘Big Digital’ more complex, franchise marketing departments will design more tools improving a franchisee’s ability to connect locally with influencers as well as the everyday client. Local touch will become more impactful.


What makes your company unique?

1) While The Salt Suite offers a therapy that has been around for thousands of years, many in the US have never heard of dry salt therapy, or if they have heard of it, are not aware of the medical and scientific studies behind it. As a marketer, we must explain what we offer as well as a promotion, or branding. If I marketed beer, exercise, or pizza, then people would already have some ideas about the product/service. 2) The Salt Suite is the first and currently only US franchise in this space. The US has about 2,000 ‘salt caves’, most are mom and pop operations. The Salt Suite will celebrate its 10th year this November!
