The Daniel Group helps B2B companies measure, manage, and improve customer experience. Representative clients include Caterpillar dealers, International Motors, AGCO, and Okuma Americas.


How do you help a brand maintain consistency across multiple channels and platforms?

Having someone who monitors our visual appearance across all channels is critical. The most important part of our brand is the service we provide.


Can you share a rebranding project that taught you valuable lessons about brand identity?

Our branding work has evolved over the years to where we are paying much more attention to the consistency of what people see from us. We recently did a brand refresh on our printed and electronic materials. While it was a refresh, it also built upon our earlier brand work.


What strategies do you use to build and maintain brand loyalty in a competitive market?

Our best competitive weapon is our service. Most of our competitors sell software survey platforms. We offer our clients service that helps them get results.


What’s your approach to navigating a brand crisis and rebuilding trust with audiences?

Being honest with our clients is the best way to approach a brand crisis.
