We are a free service that helps seniors and their families navigate the maze of senior housing options including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
How do you define success?
Our clients are happy and thriving 6 months after placement.
How did you get started in your field or work?
After a 30 year career in country club management, I was searching for random “executive” positions online and came across a rather generic ad. Turned out to be a “Franchise Coach”. After a rather in-depth process of questions and testing he recommended three options to us. Oasis seemed the best fit. I loved the business model that my service is free and we bring valuable inside information to families that are typically in crises. It seemed to be as much a ministry as a business, which has turned out to be true!
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?
We have a daughter with Down Syndrome and stay heavily involved in the special needs community: Special Olympics, Best Buddies, Down Syndrome Association and such.
