Short company description: My Company was established in 2013 as a free online space to help unite share and motivate women on all races ! It transitioned in 2018 into a legal entity as I saw the need to to grow my space into a real business ! I wanted to make sure we all had access to resources that we all need in the community and within our own communities !

What makes your company unique?: It’s about using the unique qualities of women to embody and embrace who we are and what we’ve overcome no matter social status, race ,profession or preferences . Building mentally, physically , financially and emotionally is what I believe in !

How do you define success?: I define success as embodying who you are building and learning Upon it ! Learning and embracing who you are, what you’re capable of no matter the challenges or triumphs you face ! Also having a sense of self love and care for others and never leaving your spiritual faith as it’s what has always kept me grounded !

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: I’d say to them never ever forget who you are ! If I was able to gain access to the top I’d never stop bringing others with me! Love others but never forget yourself ! Make sure you always remember your purpose is gods plan ! You are uniquely placed here on this earth for the benefit of others and while you’re inspiring and uplifting and educating know that someone somewhere heard you and used that to inspire and educate themselves and someone else!

What excites you most about your industry?: The ability to share what Ive learned over time to uplift and empower someone else who may not know how where or whom will lend that to them , to me opens the world up in a way that not everyone can or will gain access to in their entire lifetime! Giving knowledge and access to it is everything!
Willingness to share through none traditional education being personable is beautiful to people who don’t feel they can or will attend college or who didn’t !

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: I think that so many offer help in selfcare and in financial Literacy

Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: I admire Mrs. April D. Murdaugh , that is the epitome of what I feel a great leader and professional should be like. I’ve known her only for a few years now but in that I’ve seen all the things I’ve admired in others over the years but in one single person as a professional and an individual she’s what authenticity looks like all the way through ! My list of others in our community is long be she definitely stands out!
