Short company description:

Isaac: Thirdstone Properties was co-founded by a husband and wife team, Elenis and Isaac Camargo, who invested in Jacksonville while living in New York City. They found their passion for real estate and relocated to Jacksonville to provide other investors the opportunity to confidentely invest from out-of-state. Shortly after, they joined forces with their agent, Michael Braddock, to create a seamless process from start to finish. The team has a combined 20 years of experience in managing properties.

Rory: FusionIRX is an engineering consultancy focused on the High Tech Manufacturing Sector, serving Semiconductor, EV Auto & Battery and Data Center Factory Owners.

How do you define success?

Isaac: To me, success means waking up each day with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm for what lies ahead. It’s about setting meaningful goals that align with my values and striving to achieve them. Success also involves finding joy and fulfillment in both my personal and professional life, while continuously growing as an individual. Ultimately, success for me is about making a positive impact in this world, providing for my family, and leaving a meaningful legacy behind.
