What do you feel are your key personal factors for your success?: PMA – Positive Mental Attitude and lots of coffee!! The success of my team is reflection of my own success. I truly enjoy helping others reach their goals.

What is the biggest mistake you would tell your younger self to avoid?: Don’t think you aren’t good enough to apply for that position! Always be true to yourself and don’t change because you think that is what the “man” wants you to be.

Do you have a mentor and do you feel it is important to have one?: Yes I have a mentor and more than one! It is so important to have an outlet for support as well as a sounding board. I have been working lately to expand my mentors to other fields and organizations to

Is there a book you can recommend that would be valuable to read for someone starting out in business?: Embarrassingly, I read for pleasure and an escape into a fantasy world that usually holds supernatural characters or dark and dangerous FBI agents! However, a past mentor did share an impactful book “tuesdays with Morrie” by Mitch Albom.

How do you achieve balance between your professional life and personal life?: My work/life “blur” is an ongoing challenge but my family has always been super supportive and I try to include them along the way as much as possible. My kids are no stranger to working an event or volunteer project!
