Short company description:

Manage all communications and communications products for the Florida National Guard, “tell the guard story.”

How do you define success?

I think success is the process of turning aspiration into concrete manageable objectives that if accomplished consistently lead to the overall achievement or aspiration. I think it is too simplistic to consider money or titles as “success” those are obviously great, and require hard work as described above, but I think the true success is having the patience and tenacity to see it through, day in and day out…that to me is success.

How did you get started in your field or work?

I enlisted in the Army at the age of 17 as a water purification specialist.
