How do you define success?

Continuous company growth, raving fans for customers, and watching the members of my Team grow their success. Being a Servant

Our success is defined in our repeat/loyal customers. It really confirms that we are doing something right!

How did you get started in your field or work?

I was in the Radio Business for 20 years prior to being asked to join a large automotive group as marketing director. That group was bought by AutoNation and I went with AutoNation to start and manage the dealer business development tools, process, and metrics. The Camping World CEO was with AutoNation and we worked together. When he left AN to start Camping World, he asked me to go with him and I did, 18 years ago.

My self and my fiance met working together in an office environment and we decided that it wasn’t for us and we wanted to go into business for ourselves and become entrepreneurs. We both have management/restaurant experience and wanted to do something fun that would be rewarding.
