How do you define success?: I define success as a true job well done, especially when I know I put every bit of time and effort into the project or proposal. Of course, winning the contract is the ultimate definition of “success,” however I also consider knowing that we put every last shred of effort into completing a proposal, to the best of our ability, as successful.

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: Getting my hands dirty!! Finding organizations that do work I believe in, and helping out! In return, I value every volunteer who comes to Hotline, as I know they are donating their time to help us out and I don’t want their time or energy to be wasted.
