How do you define success?: Servant Leadership. When my team wins, it’s a very good day. Having clear goals that we can strive for and by providing the tools, tech and support is critical for our success.
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: I love talking with college students about BBB. Giving them insight on how they can be successful and impactful business owners and leaders – it’s always a dynamic discussion.
