We are a residential real estate company that focuses on St. Johns County.
How do you define success?
Our success is when our clients are happy and have had a great experience buying or selling real estate.
How did you get started in your field or work?
Tracy started in the business because her mom was a developer and she sold Ben his first house.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
As a husband and wife team, we are very unique as we give two different perspectives and points of view.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
When we were just starting to “hit our stride” in Wisconsin, where we used to live and owned a brokerage, we became a partner in a project that went live in 2008 – awful timing. We almost went bankrupt and had to make a lot of lifestyle changes to make ends meet.
