How did you get started in your field or work? After I lost my sister to a heroin overdose, my family and I knew we had to do something but we weren’t sure exactly what. Then, I lost my brother shortly after to his addiction and mental health and we knew that we had to raise awareness around this issue that heavily impacts our community.

How does your company inspire others? KK Fearless hopes to inspire others to speak about addiction and mental health without shame or stigma. We bring music into treatment facilities with hopes to inspire individuals to connect with and use music as a healthy outlet and coping mechanism that will further help them on their recovery journey. Music can be very powerful so we hope to inspire others to use it through good times and bad times.

What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business? Our biggest goal in the next 6-12 months is to host our annual benefit concert and have the biggest turn out yet. We hope to collect donations that we can give to treatment facilities for creating a music space for their residents. Long term goal is to open a sober cafe with a music studio where individuals can express themselves and can learn to play an instrument, and can perform.
