How did you get started in your field or work? I grew up in a family that believes in social responsibility to do good in the world. I have a Masters in Social Work and have spent 20 years working with and for people.

How does your company inspire others? We inspire people by setting our self as an example. our work had been quite diversified living in a single religion oriented society , we reach out to inclusive population and try to maintain an air of coexistence among our youth by advocating rights of minorities.

What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business? We are seeking donors to extend our work, currently we are at the cross road where our executive director , finance manager and couple of program lead are following volunteer for the cause.
