Short company description:

The Bosses Table is a business networking community that utilizes network marketing and community events to collaborate, create, and cultivate strategic business partnerships.

How do you define success?

Success looks different for everyone. Success for us is when we are proud of the work we are doing and that work is providing a great life for our families and for the people we serve.

How did you get started in your field or work?

The founding members are all entrepreneurs in their own rights, we wanted to find a collective way to unite business owners with a supportive community filled with experts and resources to help their businesses grow.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

Our company uses the benefits of network marketing to grow a community of like-minded business owners. We operate under the mantra, “There is always a seat for you at The Bosses Table”. No matter if you are thinking of starting a business, have been in business for 20+ years or anywhere in between, you are welcomed at The Bosses Table. We understand that in order to build community you’ve got to start with UNITY.

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?

One of biggest obstacles is funding all of our creative ideas. We are all so passionate about the mission that we often have these amazing and elaborate ideas, but no funding.
