What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
The continued evolution of digital media from merely being connected to actually being engaged with one another, sharing ideas, etc.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Remember to speak “with” your audience, not “at” them.
What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?
Always remember that people, including clients, need to understand what you’re offering and how it can help them… not how wonderful and smart you are.
