How did you get started in Technology?: Working as an Accountant and a BIG4 was implementing Oracle (25 years ago). I became a SME and shortly after went to work for Oracle. This launched my career into implementing ERP systems.
What do you consider to be biggest challenge when bridging the gap between IT and the overall business for most companies?: The biggest challenge is communication and collaboration.
What is the best or most worthwhile technology investment that you have made in the past 10 years?: Transformation to Cloud platform
What are the areas of technology that you see as being the most impactful to the business world in the next 5 years?: Simplification and Digitalization – there is much to be unpack under these.
