What is your job description?: Senior Vice President of North America, responsible for overseeing player representation division as well as leading sports consulting arm of company.

How do you feel marketing has changed in the past 3 years?: Dramatically. The way in which people consume their content is obviously much different, but also the way in which they expect to be engaged by a product/brand. People are more likely to want to be a part of something or a community, and also desire more of an experiential engagement.

What is the biggest change to marketing that you feel is coming in the next two years?: Artificial intelligence is one of the major factors right now.
