How do you define success?: Achievement of a goal that brings happiness and a sense of accomplishment.

What volunteer experience has impacted you the most?: At my middle school, we spent every Friday morning doing volunteer work in the community. We were exposed to many different problems in our city and were made to feel like part of the solution. Delivering Thanksgiving supplies to less fortunate families who wouldn’t be able to celebrate otherwise and seeing their appreciation when we showed up at their doorstep will always stick with me.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Persistence is the name of the game. If you believe in what you’re doing, you can’t stop when people tell you “no.” Let those “no’s” fuel you to make it happen.

What is the most enjoyable part of what you do?: I love connecting with people who “get it.” I also like being around for people’s “aha moments.” We’re all about creating meaningful experiences that allow people to bring their full selves to the table. And when I see that we’ve done that, it makes me giddy.
