Short company description: Six 7 Radius LLC., is a consulting firm that helps companies grow by building one of a kind marketing strategies & sales techniques. With the right guidance, the company can succeed no matter the external environmental factors. Romina helps her clients by overseeing their PR presence making sure the company’s culture is well represented, teaching negotiation skills to increase sales and revenue, as well as building long-term successful processes for the company. She comes from a sales and marketing background where she worked on B2C and B2B campaigns as a marketing project manager and sales leader.
How do you define success?: Looking at myself in the mirror at the end of the day and knowing I gave my 100%. And also lowering my regret on my life mistakes and looking forward.
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?: It went from zero to 6 clients
Who inspires you and why?: My 17 year old version of myself. I moved to USA at 17 years old by myself and no matter how many times I cried, I felt like going back to Albania or felt hopeless I kept pushing. If I can overcame such a crazy life experience at 17 I can achieve anything in life.
What the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your business?: Creating the right system on converting leads to sales in the podcasting world.

Who inspires you and why?: Jesus Christ is my sole inspiration. He guides me, protects me, and loves me unconditionally.
What the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your business?: Having people truly understand that our services are offered risk free. We only get paid if we yield results. If we don’t find a company savings there is literally no charge for our services. Many people think there has to be a catch. There isn’t.
