2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Company provides protection for the entire lifecycle of a home. We are the largest new construction warranty company in the industry (1 out of 6 homes has a 2-10 structural warranty). We also offer protection for previously loved homes, which is what I represent (Realtor/Resale Division). Our goal is to improve the experience of homeownership by offsetting the cost of failures for eligible items under the service agreement.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?
Educating real estate agents that entered the business in 2021 and 2022 of the importance of using home warranties to protect their clients and their business.
What differentiates you from the competition?
We have the most comprehensive HVAC coverage. We cover 97.5% of our claims (no other company puts a number like that out there). We have an exclusive “Even If” service guarantee which means if an item is not eligible for coverage we will reimburse the service fee (risk free service call request for homeowner). We give buyers up to $100 for rekeying or changing their locks and submitting receipts to us within 45 days of closing.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?
Our Supreme protection is the most popular coverage we offer because it covers major systems and appliances and also includes about 40 additional items eligible for coverage. It is the most comprehensive coverage we offer providing maximum protection for homes going through a transaction at the best price.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?
Understand what a home warranty is (money saving tool), how it works (there is a process that must be followed) and what is eligible for coverage.
