What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?
While effective and accurate marketing is an ongoing necessity, I believe the advance of AI is something to watch for. If AI can pass bar exams and write novels, my concern is the technology will dilute the marketplace with inferior product.
What differentiates you from the competition?
We are a small company the does everything in-house including writing, revising, editing, formatting, and publication. We never farm out any portion of the project to third parties. Our clients have access to us at any part of the project.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?
Our top-selling products are Biographies (technically autobiographies) that we write based on client interviews.
