LaManna Counseling Services, is a private practice that assesses and treats mental health issues/disorders, relationship concerns and other life challenges through individual psychotherapy. I work with diverse populations with a variety of mental health concerns including, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, eating disorder issues and body image concerns.

What differentiates you from the competition?
My previous professional experience as elementary school teacher allows me to have better understanding of the unique individual needs of working with children and the greater family unit and my current role as the Eating Disorder Management Team Coordinator at UNF has allowed me to develop an expertise in the area of eating disorders and body image concerns.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?
It is my professional and personal belief that people can transcend most any pain with the right support from others, as well as by developing greater insight, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.
