My mission is to bridge the gaps between leaders and staff to build ultimate partnerships in our new post-pandemic workplace. My work is about pulling the curtain back on what is slowing staff down and stopping them dead in their tracks and addressing those issues head-on. These issues can include workplace bullying, sexual harassment, toxic work environments, and closing the wage gap.

Perspective. I not only worked as a celebrity assistant for 25 years to Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis, but I have interviewed over 1500 leaders, assistants, HR professionals, Recruiters, and business school professors. They told me their stories and their words are in Staff Matters. I am not about theory. I am about exploring what is actually happening for the staff in companies all over the world.
