Drug Free Duval (DFDJax) passionately drives a community attitude that inspires action, empathy and support in an effort to improve health each day employing seven strategies for community change. The coalition works nonstop to idenfity and address emerging substances and to collaborate with more than 40 partners throughout the region.
Currently DFDJax is convening the North Florida Poly-Drug Task Force and provides life-saving training and education to thousands of students, parents, healthcare providers, employers and their teams, and community members every year. DFDJax advocates at every level for smart policies and laws that support prevention and enthusiastically provides innovative tools to every sector of the community to enable individual, family, and corporate changes that create prevention-minded, recovery-supportive spaces throughout Jacksonville.
