Each week on 5 Minutes With, Steve Strum interviews interesting people from Jacksonville. This week Steve spoke to Jeff Wight, from the JU Running Lab at 1st Place Sports.
Jeff: “I am a professor of Kinesiology at Jacksonville University. We collaborated with 1st Place Sports to develop a unique running laboratory at the store. We conduct running research and offer scientific running assessments (for a fee). Two graduate students work in the lab and they are funded by our primary sponsors: 1st Place Sports and the Jacksonville Track Club.”
Buzz TV Host Stephen Strum is a Financial Advisor with 20 years’ experience in management and sales leadership, most noteworthy for management of flagship institutions and achievement of large financial goals. Steve has contributed to several charities, educational events, and philanthropic organizations. Steve is a native of South Florida who relocated to Jacksonville in 2005. Steve completed his MBA at Nova Southeastern University, graduating Sigma Beta Delta.
