I am a leadership development and training expert with over 30 years of experience developing leaders, managers, and individual contributors.
My mission, vision and values revolve around the statement “People Matter, Lead Them Well”®.
My passion for many years has been helping individuals and organizations do whatever they do better.
What are your company’s strengths?
30+ years of experience developing leaders, managers and individual contributors leveraging off-the-shelf programs and developing custom programs depending on the specific client or individual need.
How did you get started in your field or work?
I was a personal banker for Citibank at one of the business branches in Chicago. My success in that role afforded me the opportunity to move into a training role which allowed me to use my experience to teach financial service representative and various levels of branch management how to do their job.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
More than anything, like any other company, it is my unique blend of experience as well as the unique set of potential partners that I have gathered over the years. Allows me to provide value for a number of company and individual needs.
