Aside from our sincere focus on professionalism, our most easily measurable distinctive is the years of experience we bring — all of attorneys (save one) have at least 20 years of experience from world class law schools — and perhaps most importantly, we do not hand off our clients to paralegals as most plaintiff’s personal injury firms do.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Building a new online presence takes hard work and time. We built our plaintiff’s practice on person-to-person referrals from other lawyers, business contacts, friends and family. We are now at the very beginning of building a brand online and learning how to do that everyday.
