What type of business services do you offer? Certified Diminished Value Auto Appraisals and Claims Specialists to handle the claim.

What role does social media play in your outreach? Due to Covid we changed our “feet on the street” style of marketing to now include Social Media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google My Business. We are currently adding content to those and will soon be adding additional platforms. We also created a website last year that allows vehicle owners, attorneys and body shop estimators to access our services online.

What differentiates you from the competition? There are multiple appraisers out there that can provide an appraisal, but most do not offer the service of handling the claim for the customer. If you are not the vehicle owner, you must have an attorney file the claim on your behalf. We offer that we can refer vehicle owners to our claims specialists who are attorneys that we work with to provide that option. Most vehicle owners do not know this claim exists much less how to file the claim and what the claim should be worth. That is where we come in and assist that owner so that they have a better chance of a good outcome with regard to their claim. Insurance companies know that the average consumer does not know how to negotiate their lost value and they typically provide a low-ball offer. If our claims specialists handle the claim, they typically can negotiate a better settlement for the owner than the owner would on their own.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? The biggest marketing challenge we will face will be to find which social media platforms will be the best options for us. Since we have 3 separate target markets we have to strategize where we will spend our marketing dollars that will get us the best ROI. We are getting the word out to Vehicle Owners, Attorneys and Body Shop and Collision Centers as well as Dealerships and each of these is a different type of target market.
