What role does social media play in your outreach? We use social media to connect with our customers, build brand awareness, host contests, educate about our products, leverage partnerships, and communicate company news.
What differentiates you from the competition? We’re making strides to move more of our manufacturing to America. We already have one factory in Jacksonville, but we’re looking to build 3 more factories in the next 5 years. To be fully transparent, we currently also run factories in China and Cambodia.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? We’re trying to break-even– that means selling $1.9 M in inventory. It’s a big number, but we’re confident we can hit it, but it will be a challenge since we will have to rely heavily on our marketing efforts for every single sale.
